Description
 SCIGRIP RTV854 Grey is a fast cure one part RTV Sealant specially formulated for applications requiring good adhesion, excellent physical and low corrosive properties.Â
RTV854 is a stable silicone material that shows little physical change in high temperatures and chemical environments. It remains highly flexible and does not relax or shrink or migrate from parts.Â

Applications
 Joint sealant in heating installations, air-conditioning and ventilation pipes, industrial ovens, cooking stoves, engines, crank-cases, water pumps and thermostats, rocker and valve covers, oil pans, rear axle housings and intake manifolds. Bonding of materials submitted to vibrations and high temperatures.Â
Recommended thickness of the sealant joint is 1 to 3mm for optimum bond strength.Â
Joints should be left undisturbed for at least 24 hours, but preferably longer to effect sufficient depth of cure. Full cure requires 7 days.Â
